ARQ chart

Hi Sabine......just came across this one and need your hand........a job that requires your rapier like investigative skills.
The chart above is the BIGGER picture from the year dot, and at first glance anything below 74c. seems in (way) over sold territory.
The chart below is from the low of 16c. in 09/01 and highlights the support/resistance lines @ $1.18c.....$1.62c....and $2.66c. and the YEARS spent testing and re testing those levels on the way to the high of $3.98c. in 11/17.
The share price has pretty much ZOOMED back through those levels, starting with $2.66c. in 08/18 and DECISIVELY back through $1.62c......$1.18c......and  74c.....all since 04/06/19.
Is it a buy at these levels??
