Major shareholders were voting against it because Alliance deal makes them potentially 8.1 million for both parties and as per companies announcements management are in talks with other parties and will be announced to the market soon. 2 million revenue was to easy of an objective and are renegotiating for higher outcomes. In actual fact a very good thing for investors as growth phase is accelerated as stated in the announcement and are aiming for higher numbers.
