The Company big wigs need to sure up the share price before discussing performance shares etc. The dilution of further shares is not what ESH needs at this point in time. Like many shareholders in this forum, we have Outlayed massive amounts of money for little or no gain. The ESH management needs to be mindful of the current shareholder sentiment. I still believe that ESH has a very bright future.
