    Why should you be missing something? If CTO alone was trading at yearly lows then there might be an issue.

    For example compare with gold producer TRY which is also trading at yearly lows. (Just check some posts on the TRY thread.)

    The market does not appear to be worrying about fundamentals at this point in time.
