Great bit of research there mate, its a pity the other 9/10 posts are rubbish on here.

It seems everyone has got really hung up on the escrow shares being released. It took me 15 minutes to work out who owns them.

Manhattan Scientific the No1 holder owns the majority.
2 other T20 holders own the majority of the rest
- Toby Chandler (CEO of SMN among other things)
- Robert Reverley - A relation to Michael Reveley?? (COO, CFO of SMN among other things)

Seems unlikely they are flipping their shares just as the company gets FDA breakthrough status.





T20 is from the last Annual Report.

T20 hold 74% and that includes that escrow. So it doesnt seem like that escrow was being dumped today. T/O was huge, pretty much a new freefloat shareholder base set today.
