ARF Facilities
Construction of the biodiesel plants were completed in 2006. ARF can produce 44.5 million litres of biodiesel per year at each of its facilities using low-grade tallow. By-products include 4,000 tonnes of raw glycerine and 1,200 tonnes per annum of sulphate of potash fertiliser in paste form.

Production capacity: 44.5mln * 2 = 89mln litres.
Assuming if the company can operate at full capacity:
- at 20c margin/litre: 89mln * $0.2 = $ 17.8mln (EBITDA)
- at 50c margin/litre: 89mln * $0.5 = $44.5mln (EBITDA)
Current market cap is aound $17mln.... is there a potential for this biodiesel? those figures are just my imagination... but at this record oil price, biodiesel is an attractive industry to offset escalating fuel cost to mining companies around australia, especially in Western Australia ??? Any other thoughts????
