sigmadelta/others: Yes, INDEED. Clear as MUD to me ?!? "Discussions with such other parties have ceased". IS FF 'such other party' or is FF NOT 'such other party'? This is obviously an important ISSUE that is not clear - at least not clear to me!!
Also, not too long a go, I was kind of 'ridiculed' on this CYP HC board by suggesting that a lot of CYP shareholders would be pleased with an offer in the A$ 3.00 to A$ 4.00 range...
But the new base is now ONLY A$ 2.00 and I do - sadly - not foresee much higher than max. DOUBLE that offer !! Especially, as it SEEMS that CYP's management had not been able to create 'competitive tension'...
Comments welcome.
