I have purchased more shares but it's the management's job to look out for all share holders. They took my money under the cr where it was possible to give me more shares instead of giving to new share holders. The point of this is they can just sell your shares unless you tell them not to. Those are my shares not owned by this under performing management team under any other circumstances the failure to disclose this plan prior cr would be deceitful and should be illegal as it gives management powers they shouldnt have. I also ask was this the plan all along to hoodwink 57% of their share holders
