They want to clean up the registry to reduce costs and possibly clear the decks for other 'corporate activity'.

And they have the right as long as you duly informed, which you have been. Lucky you haven't moved or kept your address uptodate.

Imagine the shareholders that have moved and not updated the corporate registry and no bank details. A cheque will be sent out to a house where the shareholders don't live anymore !
