Why when people see CR they always see price drop? Someone even mention 'sharp' price drop, are you the first time investor? If yes then leave, AGH is not for you.
Take a step back, CR means the company is pursuing a better future, its called raising equity.
I dont want to be wise after the event but the company has enough cash in the bank to support ordinary operation, this CR would have its purpose which is stated quite clearly that for an acquisition, which, again, is for a better future.
I just dont get it when people always see things fractionally, DYOR!
