    I'm not familiar with the government agreements on this. The Australian government has agreed to thousands of jobs for local inhabitants. Is Tianqi bringing their own highly skilled technicians to run the place and keep all that technological know how within? The lesser jobs appear to be Australian based so may not be as highly paid? Perhaps anyone who understands what is happening at Kwinana or Kemerton could expand on this?
