Thanks for the great post and information.

Warrego Highway is where this large lot is situated.

Works out to about 40k per lot including roads,costs etc.

Seems like a goosd price considering past sales evidence and what properties are selling for, and the likelihood of an influx of people to the area over the next few years.

(138) lots all up.

Currently with council for DA approval.

I did notice in the DA that it would be hand balled straight to the waterboard due to flooding in the local area, as u pointed out it can be an issue, when it rains.

Im spending some time today going through it all and will let u know what i find.

Might have to go for a quick trip up there and have a look for myself.
