I don’t hold him purely but at the end of the day he has contributed to it. Cost over runs, missing results, radio silence amongst other things are all things an MD has direct control over.
At the end of the day he could have done all of the above right and it still may have ended up where it did...
So to say he has ‘bought home the bacon’ with what’s going on is laughable.
Maybe he will but there is along way to go.
