ralom/others: I do NOT believe that this Sumitomo move has anything to do with CYP's management having been 'pro-active' !! Otherwise - and JIMHO - they (CYP) would have been READY for a reply to the ASX trading halt request IMMEDIATELY !

Doug Diamond/others: This bad thing that has happened will not easily be FORGOTTEN!! Especially, as with more cash on the balance sheet, that first kind of 'offer' by Sumitomo would have almost certainly be quite a bit higher - but STILL of course too low...

PS: I am happy to hold onto all my CYP shares. But I do NOT expect anywhere near those magical $ 10 to $ 20 figures to come about. As mentioned at the start of my post: $ 4.00 to $ 5.00 will be very pleasing. Naturally, getting more would be great....
