Unfortunately the market is telling us the oversupply problem is real currently - and this in reflected amongst other issues in the PLS share price. Until now that it is an operating mine the sp will not move significantly higher any time soon until the MC is supported by earnings. All IMO albeit the market is usually correct and the shorters are still betting the sp will go lower - only time will tell.
