I just think it's scary out there. Add in the mess ANZ is in with lots of small caps in it's hands from Opes and Chimera etc and the trades in the market become very hard to analyse sensibly.
To quote a report today on Chimaera broking (currently in receievership)from businessspectator.com.au
"Meanwhile the receivers are preparing to sell the stock, although because it is a motley collection of small caps, the process is likely to cause some mayhem in the market."
Putting all that aside I'm still very comfortable with the increasing potential in APG's future value and don't see them running into financial problems in the immediate future due to the support they have just recieved and are still going to recieve so I have the luxury of ignoring the current weakness. But that's my choice. Each investor has to do their own risk/return analysis.
