That little firm called “Standard Bank” seem to have s fairly positive outlook for mining investment in the DRC moving forward ... seems contradictory to that “Heart” from LTR with his view as a conflict zone.... maybe @anatol is highly regarded in foreign investment circles, with his seemingly learned opinion ??. Research is always the key, agenda’s are rife.
