Looks like you have your Alan Jones colored glasses on.

Jones didn't put his hand up and declare that he was getting paid for favorable comments about banks and other companies.

" In 1999, reporters Richard Ackland, Deborah Richards and Ann Connelly from the ABC's Media Watch programme revealed that 2UE talk radio hosts John Laws and Alan Jones had been paid to give favourable comment to companies including Qantas, Optus, Foxtel, Mirvac and major Australian banks, without disclosing this arrangement to listeners. Prior to giving favourable commentary to a group of banks, Laws had repeatedly criticised them for imposing unjustified fees on customers while cutting back on services.[3]Though both initially vehemently denied any wrongdoing, Laws and Jones defended the practice by claiming that they were not employed as journalists, but as "entertainers" and thus had no duty of disclosure or of journalistic integrity.?

Alan Jones has a habit of attacking people personally. Julia Gillard , Malcolm Turnbull and others. Not just critical of their particular professional performances, but biting, nasty, vindictive, personal attacks.

As if Jones himself is perfect. rolleyes.png

So when Jones goes on the personal attack of a politician he doesn't like, who's to say that he is genuine ? Given his history and the fact that he was caught out, it's totally plausible that he is doing it for personal gain only.

Jones is a nothing more than a miserable parasite who is jealous of others because he couldn't make it as a politician himself..
