You've implied and rubbished everything about BIT as though you have inside information. You even question Locarnini's role as a NED in that he does nothing at all, not even protect, advise and hold into account BIT management.
So if we are clear about this. You have no inside knowledge other than a 'best guess' like all of us. All you have are assumptions.
By the way, there's degrees of inside trading...but of course you know this.
