I have never claimed to have inside information. The thing about having an understanding of the science is I can look at the data that has been released to all and be able to comment on its significance. These are not guesses.

I have never questioned Prof Locarnini role as a NED and I am sure he is being a good NED. What I questioned was his ability to run a research program at BIT given his other commitments and the absence of any information from BIT that he is running any research program for them. I think if Stephen was leading some research program at BIT we would have been told.

You can't be insider trading unless you are trading and have information not avalaible to the market. It is not insider trading to analyse publically avalaible information using your skills and background knowledge. This is actually what you are supposed to do before investing otherwise you are just gambling.
