Thanks will look there. Generally do like land content , but having said that I bought a few units in Perth, for $89,000 average in Perth . I thought I was smart offloading these at 100% appreciation on purchase price, they now average $300,000.
Allowed someone else to profit as well but the capital release created other opportunities. These units , if well selected is all the mass of young , retired, or middle income folk can afford and if near infrastructure is always a good starting point.
