oh and theres more............victorian builders and developers having severe problems getting credit from the banks..............builders having trouble completeing new homes.........and starting new ones.......think this housing shortage is going to create a huge boom for existing homes......has the world gone mad ??? answer is yes......in the US they have surplus houses to their needs.....we have the opposite problem..... hello ROME is Burning while you are fiddling..... have the leaders/ managers all got brain damage........following the US attitude and applying it here ????? there is no ends to the woes affecting the building of new homes to soften the shortage problem...... now I only think I am half smart.........but even I can see the housing shortage will not be addressed, by selling off existing homes at the discounts they /some iriots have been talking about iriots means = irrational idiots cheers
