You can call the drill permit "an excuse" that's your opinion, and I respect that. But as "worn out" as it might be to you, do you really think they could just take their drill rig out there and start drilling? I for one don't want that. I'd rather they carefully refine their drill targets and zoom in. Aim properly before shooting so to speak. And, yes, the authority WILL NOT allow them to drill until drill permit is updated with new drill targets coordinates and approved. As much as you don't like it, it is what it is. Don't I love to get news of the drill bits hitting the mother lode right now? I absolutely do. But that's not going to happen, not this week, not this month and not next month.
If S32 is able to speed up the mapping process I'd like to see that. That's all I'm hoping out for right now. One step at a time.
