Your statement also makes no sense if they had good news to trot out in such a short time frame they would not have gone down the AVZ path they would have waited - I may be just some random on the net but it appeared obvious to me it would play out the same way as AVZ - Pattos were in control here.
Have a read of the AJM announcement today - off the back of the recent raise where the CEO put in $15m of his own coin they have a new cornerstone investor chiming in to take 20% of the company
still no 3Y notices here yet to say the directors here even chipped in $15k
