Agreed. This is an illusion to hide the fact that Guy Smiley and the Muppets have not gotten a contract, have spent all the money on themselves and now need a 'story' to back another CR.
Someone posted the requirements for a Nasdaq listing, LNG hasn't got a hope of meeting the criteria.
'Newco'? Are they going to start referring to ASX:LNG as 'Oldco'? Really? This is such a hastily hashed out plan, they didn't even come up with a real name.
At some point after the CR, they will (again) decide to delay the re-domicile. This is a cash grab, nothing more. But hey, if it convinces enough lemmings to push the price back near my current average, I'll be glad to get out before the whole thing sinks.
