It is my belief they will do this for a large s/h to either hold the downward price movement or to buy on behalf of a client (or both ),
LUM has traded 100 mill shares since the top at 93c, thats very liquid ,
If I had 10mill I would get out ,

They understand people use T/A so they favour a know support level to add authenticity

But one thing is for sure the sellers will beat the buyers (broker and all ) if the company does not come up with a good report soon
