CVN have stated that the $5m is not strictly fixed and keep the option to increase that figure.
They say they might take more which I believe they will to satisfy demand if the SP stays above the raise price.
We are though only talking about a 3 cent difference which if you believe the SP will rise then why complain when one can buy all they want on Thursday.
