I've never seen any evidence of information leaks prior to a CVN ann. I spose I could check (too lazy) but I am almost certain there was bugger all SP movement before the 4000 bopd well results. So I don't imagine it is a leak of bad news.
Keep in mind that one of the well tests due is a high risk - low expectation well. So if there are some delays in interpreting results it is more likely a good thing, i.e. at least something there, as opposed to nothing as they expect.
