to date hes been buying DOWN at a manufactured low sp. he may have just about shaken all he can from the tree.

shares are more abundant now UP! i cant see them on screen but there may well be 50mill shares for sale to 3c...

considering he bought so many at an average of 1.3 c, and imp is already underpriced, it may well be worth buying UP from here...

is that the next move? or will he be content to keep the sp low and squeeze the final drops out of the panic sellers? (which seem to have dried up).
