there is alot of ground surrounding Pennywest.
you would have to think that currans find and the area immidiately to the nort/north west of penny west would be pretty red hot.
vmc and rxl both have market caps of around 17mill, and spx about 60 mill. you would think that nearology along would give a 20% kicker
