Share prices find "opportunistic" support levels in anticipation of a trend reversal. Positive business news can realise this although SYR has played their last hand. If this latest donation pledge fails then Verner must go and his reputation shortly after. In the management's defence though, maybe the Chinese are squeezing product price in order to stem the present and planned influx. Something SYR cannot control.
