....it's obvious, the board feels that being in the US will enable them to easily raise MORE funds whilst listed on NASDAQ....

...top 3 holders Baupost, Milliner, Valinor....own 27 %...will take a massive hit..... i wonder how they will vote with the proposed US listing ...
..cash is running out ....
...OSMR LNG process will be used at some stag down the road....i feel as the current holders in current form will be the biggest losers .... the biggest beneficiaries will be the new SH that come in with the cash needed to drive the business...and hold over 50% of the stock...
