the Australian Patent is shown as lapsed,

Using the World IP search (international Patents), it only provides information on the AusPatent,
I haven't been able to find Kibaran's new International Patent that was lodged in December 2018
If you search, Kibaran, Method of Producing Purified Spherical Graphite, ecograf ect this all points to the old AusPatent application,

I emailed another shareholder to ask AS next time he was talking to him where is the patent, due to the AUS patent being lapsed, he forwarded my email to AS, here is part of his reply.


Our patent application is live and pending, after the optimisation testwork late 2019, we upgraded the patent to an International patent which overrides the Australia patent.

This was reported to the market in our announcement dated 18 December.

The only issue I have, I cannot find the patent to confirm that KNL has applied for the international patent. Does anyone know what the application number is, or who the patent is held by?
