Share price now $1.535 and falling as predicted to Portmans advantage 8 days ago.
IMO, a cash takeover bid will come at $2.00 in August - being a substantial premium to the 5 and 30 day average they will state.
Manipulation at its best, excellent business model by them and their friends but not for the other 80% shareholders.
Again the proposed EGM is designed to de-stabilise the share price, board members and confidence of the remaining shareholders to their advantage.
Disgusted shareholder, but happy to accumulate under these circumstances.
