That one investor you kept on about is @GCInvestor. FYI, GC has a really good relationship with the CEO. GC is also one of our MVP in this forum. She was instrumental in the achievement of that $5m Government deal. Hence, the trust and respect of the CEO for her. And with that, quite rightly she gets immediate attention whenever he has the time. And GC is also very considerate in not taking advantage of that trust and bombard PD with emails after emails. Regarding your email, like I said, I am not technical or would understand. Who knows, your query might have touched on some company sensitive information. They don't know who you are. You could well be a potential competitor. So they might be a bit less forthcoming in that respect?
