interesting that NSX are required to handover:
all documents recording or evidencing:
(i) complaints or allegations made to NSX against, or in relation to, JBL by any person, including, without limitation:
A. shareholders of JBL;
B. shareholders of Henry Morgan Limited;
C. shareholders of Benjamin Hornigold Limited; or
D. the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC);
so much for privacy / whistleblower protection if you had made a complaint
