It is sad we have come to accept that as the norm on ASX. And this norm implies, Continued salary for directors (often even during suspensions), deplition of value for holders.

We NEED TO RAISE OUR EXPECTATION OF THESE DIRECTORS AND PUT PRESSURE ON. Mistakes are ok but not on going for years and years.

I hold a stock that has gone from 5c to.0.1c over some 3 years. What have they done? increase BoD members and spend more on salaries while SP kept dropping .. Ah and they kept CR'ing .... of course!!!
