Yes @@tuts couldnt agree more regarding lifestyle companies on the ASX. Achemm, one being CAD which I have been in for many years. They consolidated last month and took 90% of SH money with it. Its now at .001c. And now they want to buy SH stock back because its costing them money to keep small shareholders, what a joke. They are getting away with it. You cant call any directors, secretary yes you name it!
FA can sometimes look great but its what BOD do by actions that makes all the difference. FA and TA only make sense when their is traction (growth), profits and communication to SH.
TD are squeezing the whoha out of this....
