This little run on nothing is interesting. Obviously you guys see the meeting with the "experts" to be some sort of validation of BIT's science when it is in fact a sign of desperation. You don't call together a group of experts to tell you what to do if you have a deal lined up with some large pharma - you get on doing whatever the large pharma wants you to do.

The most likely purpose of this meeting is to give BIT cover for going back to you guys to fund a large phase 2b trial to FDA standards, or to give BIT cover for dropping BIT225. I tend to lean towards the later, but it could go either way. One thing is sure and that is there is no pharma partner in the wings waiting to fund any phase 3 trial of BIT225.
