A person in know told me the sell down was due to shorters jumping on the news of a supposed rights issue, something like Transurban have just gone thru. A lot of brokers were getting in at around the low $3 mark and after a fall of 20% were forced to sell!! Source also stated they think the company is worth around $6 worst case scenario. Hope this helps in these troubling times :)
