I also read Matt SA articles,and i do admire him making those,however in the past 3-6 month his news coverage and changing time frames or numbers under a certain company's arent perfectly up to date.
-A great example is Ardea's time frames. For quite a few month ago iur management choosen the strategy to only finish up a DFS if a JV agreement signed.
