i suppose it would depend on TCL still having its 4.9%.

maybe someone could place a call into the investor line and enquire if TCl still had its 4.9% holding.

if it does then takeover is still a possibity, if not then the chances of TCL going for it have been dramatically reduced.

as for the $1.10 level, you should have seen it at $1.07 today, it was crazy.

the traffic numbers wont mean that much for the first week as it will be effected by the first day or so of tyre kickers, the first months under tolls will be more important.
