Hi EWexplorer hard not to notice you appear to be more and more frustrated... Not being able to establish your entry point could be contributing while the project moves thru development stage as per early start program which indeed eats into development time...

Would be nice if you could put up your source link to validate your time frames or at least say they are IMO born from frustration of not being able to get an entry point.

Development has already started encase you never noticed while noting this is off the start of the program shortening the period from 12 months down to nine....
While development has kicked off it now appears from recent commentary the funding will be debt funded...Which also must be adding to EW concerns...The quarterly out next week while RAP payment back on the 16th of July should be confirmed giving full access. AN updated T40 will also be available which will be a pleasant read... IMO
