INTERNATIONAL WEBPHONE COOPERATION AGREEMENT
pieNETWORKS Limited (“pie”) is pleased to announce that it has entered a Webphone Cooperation Agreement with BBG Global AG (www.bbgglobalch.com).
The agreement sets out the terms by which pieNETWORKS and BBG Global will jointly market the BBG Global telecommunication services and pieNETWORKS’ Webphones at certain locations internationally (other than within Australia).
BBG will use its existing sales force, marketing channels and relationships with telecommunications and hospitality customers to offer, market and provide a joint BBG/PIE product/service offering.
BBG Global is the largest privately held international operator assisted call and world leader credit card solutions company. BBG operates in over 65 countries in partnership with national payphone operators as well as operating its own payphone networks in over 30 countries.
BBG Global’s services operate on over 350,000 payphones, in over 2.25 million hotel rooms and in over 100 airports internationally.
