Actually the Indonesians have been fighting for the past 7 years but they are facing their final defeat now.
According to their 2019 guidance they anticipate US$1.5bn-1.8bn in revenues and according to p. 6 of the slides (see below) 81% of their sales are exported which means that there should be at least some US$100 million in shiploads leaving Indonesia every month that can be seized by WEC in countries with a proper rule of law (e.g. South Korea) if Bayan fail to pay the damages to be awarded by the Supreme Court of Singapore soon. Probably they do also have bank accounts abroad and lastly don't forget their shares in delisted Kangaroo Resources (KRL) which have been frozen by the
WA Supreme Court. So the end-game noose is slowly tightening around Bayan's neck.
