My last response from Tim is to discuss it Monday morning if I desire. I’m not going to bother. He believes the Board has done the right thing. I disagree, have made my point and will live with it. Maybe something “up the sleeve” for later. Will be curious to see the wording in the next AGM agenda re DC performance hurdle criteria. I still bet they wouldn’t word it to indicate paying a bonus on negative performance.
