COP would just hold its ground and not give FAR an inch and it would end up in arbitration, as it has.

If you have been accused of murder, but didn't actually commit a murder do you meditate for plea deal and accept 15 years or do you fight the charge in court.

A lot of people seem to assume COP/WPL have done something wrong, but what if they haven't?
It could just be the natural FAR bias here and the information from FARs side of the story that has caused it to be commonly accepted that FAR is in the right.

What if the 3 wise men decide that COP did nothing wrong, will people be calling them the three not-so-wise men or will people wonder if FAR dropped the ball in the PE process.

Far win COP got it wrong.
Far lose FAR got it wrong.
Wpl have legal advice stating PE rights don't exist if buying the company...... yet recently Coleman stated PE rights exist.... Only one Co has been consistent that's for sure.
