If I'm a nut you might want to wash your mouth out!

Would you spend an extra grand if you didn't need to? What's unfair about being given the opportunity to buy shares at 39c to a level that means I'm not diluted? (ie a rights issue fully underwritten). You might be playing a "game" but I'm not. No I have not bought in 60's but have in 00's.

Management aren't the only ones that know it all, so please give the rest of us some credit and maybe a little bit of respect. IMO the Management have not always got it right and I'm sure they would agree.

Clearly you have not been holding CVN for longer than a year. Otherwise you would know with the last CR shareholders were scaled back considerably, me included.
Debt is always better than shareholder dilution with more shares issued provided it is done in a financially responsible way.

You do a great job here with CVN but that doesn't mean we have to agree with you all of the time!
With the last SPP in 2018 when shareholders were all cut back substantially(well I was anyway) the $20M raised was stated to be for Buffalo -10 so AC was a bit premature there in getting us all diluted. On that occasion I did buy more on market as the sp seemed a bargain.

At the end of the day all I ask of AC/CVN is for shareholders to be treated fairly even if it means a little extra effort and cost occasionally. If some of you don't feel the same way that's fine by me but don't class my comments as 'whinging' etc. An HC where we all say the same thing sounds like death.
