Personally I think it at least wise to wait until the most recent quarter results are made known and that should be in the next few days. I also note, unless I missed it, the report you have makes no reference to the large percentage of the companies shares that are held in escrow until early 2020, once they are released you will have a better idea at what is a fair SP.
