Although don't get confused by the words "partly paid shares". Partly paid shares are where calls are made & the balance or part of the balance has to be paid (or the partly paid shares are forfeited). An example of a partly paid share is slacf (15c paid, 5c unpaid).
An option gives you the right to buy the underlying share at the exercise price (25c in ctpoa's case), but you don't have to buy them.
